Once in a while you just have to make one. I love some of the Dreamweaver Stencils and Rain is my favorite. I paired it with Penny Blacks, Sunshine in the Rain and it turned soooo sweet.
I used the Rain Stencil with Transparent Embossing Paste from Dreamweavers onto a piece of Bashful Blue Cardstock. With a sponge dauber and white ink, I lightly swirled in a few clouds. The image is colored in with Colored Pencils. Nothing special with the coloring, just wanted it done. I then snipped everything from the image and placed it on the rain background. Added some grass with Martha's Border Punch and called it done. The sentiment is from SU's Tiny Tags.

I LOVE the background. I'll have to see if that stencil is at the stamp show next month. Starting a wish list now hehe

Oh this is sooooo adorable. I love how you did the rain on this sweet card (and even on the umbrella - how perfect). Your colouring is wonderful and so are the little gems on the flowers.
