One to another project today. I created 2 cards for Mom's birthday and had a heck of a time deciding which one to give her. I nearly gave her both. Here's the first one… in my favorite of colors of course.
The little blotchy background behind the happy birthday sentiment is Alcohol Inks on White Glossy Cardstock. The image is a free download I got from somewhere. If you'd like a copy, email me and I'll either send you a copy of mine or I'll find the website. If you know the website, please let me know.
Card 2 and the one I ended up giving Mom…
The background Die is from Memory Box, the Tessatina Border. The clay pot is a stamp from Inky Antics, Potted Violets from their Honey Pot Collection. The tiny tag is SU's and the flowers are Mulberry Flowers.
Again, thank you so much for playing with me and for being so nice. I hope you enjoyed my cards today. Its only supposed to be 84 degree's here today, yeah!!! I have to work, but that's okay.

They are both SO lovely. (I'm going to HAVE to try out that lovely alcohol ink technique). Still can't choose which I love the most.

Carla, I can see why you a hard time choosing. Both of these cards are gorgeous. I like that alcohol background you created. I do love the potted floral arrangement in the second card and the strips created with the die look stunning the way you've used them.
