66 Cent Jewelry/Candy Containers

Need an Quick ‘n Easy Gift?  How about these handy little containers.  Perfect for jewelry, candy or little what-not's.  I found the idea over a Patty Stamps.  I just had to make these for Paige.

Candy Containers, Jewelry Containers

Candy Containers, Jewelry Containers (3)

Now for the best part... these are Stampin’ Ups “Stampin’ Store Containers” found on page 193 of the IBC.  You get 6 for 3.95!!!  Can’t go wrong with anything under a dollar!!!

Candy Containers, Jewelry Containers (2)

Now the Quick ‘n Easy part... The 2 1/2” Circle Punch covers the lid perfectly.  I punched one for the outside and one for the inside of the lid to cover the SU Logo when it’s opened...

IMGP3700

Thank you so much Patty, Paige is going to love these!!!

Supplies...Candy Containers, Jewelry Containers

Container 1:  Tim Holtz Mini Paper Rosettes Die and Button from the Ice Cream Parlor Button and Ribbon Pack

Container 2:  5 Petal Punch, Button from Sweet Stitches Button Pack, and the Scallop Circle is from the Ice Cream Parlor DSP/Quick Accents Pack

Container 3:  Blossom Party Die and Button from the Sweet Stitches Button Pack

All containers include:  Pretty in Pink Taffeta Ribbon, Butterfly Punch, the Stamp Set, Butterfly Prints, Ice Cream Parlor DSP and the 2 1/2 Circle Punch.

I adhered the Ice Cream Parlor DSP (from the SAB) and all embellishments with Mini Clear Dots here and there.  To adhere the Pompom Trim along the edge, just use Sticky Strip.  I used 1/8” Scor-Pal Tape, I’m out of Sticky Strip.

Note:  I stamped my butterfly on Whisper White Cardstock, punched it out and then turned it over and stamped again.   This is what Paige will probably see if they are on her dresser...  she’s a shorty.  IMGP3703

I could make dozens of these... they are so Quick ‘n Easy!!!  Fun too!!!  The problem with these, I can’t have any... my kitties would pick that butterfly up by their little front teeth and cart them off as toys.  Well, I could add a couple mini glue dots to the bottom...

I hope you enjoyed these little containers today and that you make some too.  I’d be so tickled if you’d leave me a comment and tell me what ya think of them.
