Pals Paper Arts 23… Anything but a Card

Have you played at the PPA today?  I did and this is what I created.  An embellished clipboard.  I love lists and this one I put a magnet on the back for my refrigerator.  I even made a loop out of cardstock so I’d have a place to hang the matching pen.  There’s never a pen when I need it. 

Today’s project is made from product that’s in the upcoming Occasions Mini, that will be available on Jan 5th.  Only 6 more days for the unveiling of all the exciting products.  This sneak peak shows the background layered with paper from the new Sweetpea DSP collection.  Its awesome!!!  The flowers are from the SU Die, Blossom Party #115971 and Little Leaves die # 114511.  I used the Scalloped Edge Punch so the fancy pen would stand out, #112091.  The pen is a clear Zebra Z-Grip.  On the left of the clipboard I used the SU Corner Rounder #109047.

I decided to set off the flowers abit with some paper piercing… This is my half flower along the edge… Lastly I used some white brads and white candy dots from my stash.  The notepads are from here.  I hope you enjoyed my clipboard today.  I know I will be using it alot.  *smile*  Next up, I’m making Refrigerator Magnets, so stay tuned.  They won’t be your normal magnets either…
